Social Media is Taking Over The World.

I think Social Media is taking over the world. It’s almost everywhere we look. It's our phones, computers, and even somehow on our smartwatches. Students use it so much that it’s become part of everyday school life.

Millions of students around Australia who go online to look at Social Media every day. Some students have admit that they spend hours on end by scrolling through different posts or videos. Sometimes they spend more time on it compared spend studying or sleeping.

When people spend lots of time on something, it starts to shape their habits. It can change how students think, talk, and even how they feel about themselves. That’s why social media has such a big influence on school life and learning.

Even schools eg; teachers, and school clubs are now using social media too. They don't really use it for chatting with their friends anymore. They also provide information because some schools choose to post school events and different learning resources.

Some people think that Social Media isn’t always bad. It can help students stay connected with their friends, they can work together, and learn new things. But I still think Social Media is taking over some aspects of schooling.

Some people say social media is quite helpful and fun. But it also be very distracting in class and make students feel left out in different groups. But too much of it can even affect students’ focus and mental health.
